AlkaLife® PH drops is an alkaline concentrate. 3 drops added to ordinary drinking water makes the water alkaline. Drinking alkaline water causes the body to create sodium bicarbonate which directly goes into the bloodstream. A safe and natural way of increasing the alkaline buffers in the body and thereby achieve and/or maintaining a healthy acid-alkaline balance.
Instructions for use:
Add 3 AlkaLife PH drops to a glass of water (200ml 250ml). Stir before drinking. It is best to use mineral water or normal, good quality, tap water (not distilled water). For the best results, drink 5 times daily 1 glass of water with 3 AlkaLife PH drops (spread throughout the day) when your stomach is as empty as possible. The effectiveness of AlkaLife PH drops depends on the number of glasses of water with drops you drink; it is not about drinking just one glass of water with lots of drops. You could also fill a bottle with tap water and add 15 AlkaLife PH drops per litre, or add 25 AlkaLife PH drops per 1.5 litres. You can take this bottle to work, for example.
Additionally, you can also put the AlkaLife PH drops in tea, coffee and juices for instance, to change the acidity (this is not to replace the 5 glasses of water a day!). Hot water (tea, coffee) does not affect the efficacy of AlkaLife PH drops.
Keep AlkaLife PH drops away from bare skin because of its high pH alkaline value. If you spill a drop on your skin, clean thoroughly with water.
The production of bicarbonate by dissolving AlkaLife PH drops in water is a natural process. Some people notice changes in their body after 1 week, others after a few weeks and some others after a few months. Be disciplined in drinking the 5 glasses of water a day.
Alkalife PH Drops is safe and can be used on a permanent daily basis in order to achieve or maintain a healthy acid-alkaline balance.
