Dosage:
Take 15-30 drops 1-3 times day, Can be mixed with filtered water or fresh juices
Fresh juices are best as Vitamin C aids nutrient absorption.
Try to avoid black tea, coffee or fizzy pop for at least half an hour before and after taking herbs, as caffeine and some additives inhibit nutrient absorption.
