Common Methods of Use (For Informational Purposes Only)
- Start Low & Go Slow: Begin with a very small amount, such as ¼ tsp once daily, mixed into a large glass of filtered water. Gradually increase to ½–1 tsp per day if well tolerated.
- Always Take on an Empty Stomach: Ideally 30–60 minutes before meals or 2 hours after, to avoid interference with nutrient absorption.
- Stay Well Hydrated: Zeolite is absorbent by nature, so make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to support the detox process and avoid sluggish bowels.
